VERY IMPORTANT: Please be careful NOT to write Golden Nugget Jewelers, diamonds, jewelry or any other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Our Quality Assurance Team will evaluate your returned item upon receipt. You will receive notification via email regarding your return or exchange within five business days. *The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Special personalized items will also not be accepted for return. Your request will be processed after our Quality Assurance team inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted. The original Golden Nugget Jewelry security tag must still be intact on the item in order for refunds to be processed. We will not accept the returned item without this tag. We will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, insurance, and other applicable charges. Please note that we can refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.

Please supply the Specialist with your name, e-mail address, phone number, item number and order number from your original invoice provided with your shipment. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We will cover the shipping charges if the item was damaged in shipping.
